Let’s start by saying that Argentina is one of the world’s most well-known destinations for meat-lovers. Many experts claim that this part of the world is the best place to eat a steak cooked to perfection. The grill culture, better known as the “Asado Culture” makes part of Argentinians DNA, a country with a legendary tradition of cattle farming.

Tango was born from a family of cattle farmers at General Rodriguez, a city within the urban agglomeration of Greater Buenos Aires. During his younger years, Tango worked alongside his parents in the making of charcuterie products like: Chorizos, Morcilla, Salami, etc., that his family commercialized throughout and extended friends and family network. Due to the great success and good quality of Tango’s family products, his parents decided to open its first butchery store. A place where Tango learns all the necessary skills to become an expert in the Argentinian meats and cuts, and therefore he quickly became famous for his grilling skills.

In 2000, Tango immigrated to the United States, where he started to delight his new friends with his delicious asado to a level that his hobby turned into a career. In a few months success came and today he runs an exclusive itinerant Asado service, with the same passion that makes his parents successful in his hometown.
